Terms & Conditions of Rental

1. 1

   Physical Condition of Rental Item(s)

   You acknowledge that prior to taking the rented item(s), you examined it, saw it in operation (if appropriate), and are aware of its condition and that it is in good condition except for any defect noted on this contract. It is your responsibility to return the rented item(s) in the same condition, except for ordinary wear and tear.

   Use of the Item(s)

   You agree that you are satisfied with the instructions given in the proper and safe manner of using the item(s). The item(s) will be used only at the designated address and only for its intended purpose. Subleasing or improper use is prohibited.

3. 3

   Strategic Placement

   Strategic placement is not guaranteed. Placement will be where access is safe. Strategic placement is a $50 additional charge and may be refused.

4. 4

   Responsibility for Use and Disclaimer

   You assume all risks and agree to hold the company harmless from any claims, damages, or injuries. No warranties, expressed or implied, are made.

5. 5

   Responsibility for Equipment

   You are responsible for the equipment from rental to return. Loss, theft, or damage will be charged accordingly.

6. 6

   Item(s) Failure

   If equipment becomes unsafe, stop use immediately and notify within one hour. The company may repair, replace, reschedule, or adjust charges.

7. 7

   Charges and Payments

   Charges apply from checkout to return. Payment is due upon delivery.

   Collection Costs

   You agree to pay any legal or collection costs incurred.

   Modification of Contract

   This document represents the entire agreement and cannot be changed unless in writing.

10. 10

    Damage Waiver

    You are responsible for loss or damage due to misuse, theft, or negligence. Police reports and insurance cooperation may be required.

11. 11

    Equipment

    Equipment must not be moved or transported. Delivery may occur 1–2 days in advance without extra charge.

12. 12

    Out of Area Charge

    $3.00 per mile after 25 miles (one way). Service typically within 60 miles of Upper Marlboro, MD.

13. 13

    Requirements

    A driver's license or credit card is required to reserve.

14. 14

    Cancellation

    Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior. Late cancellations incur a $50 fee.

15. 15

    Cleaning

    No extra cleaning fee for normal use waste.

16. 16

    Payment

    Payment is due upon delivery. No billing.
