Yes! Delivery, setup, and pickup are all included with every rental. A dedicated driver brings the equipment directly to your event.

Payment is collected when the grill is delivered to your location. No upfront deposit required.

Absolutely. We return at the agreed time to pick up all equipment.

Yes. When we deliver and set up, we walk you through safe and proper usage of the equipment.

If any equipment fails during your event, we'll repair it, replace it, or adjust pricing accordingly. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

We ask that equipment is returned in the same condition it was received. Normal use and cleanup are expected — we handle the rest.
